Scope and access
These terms describe the current prelaunch research workspace. Any future paid order is subject to final terms of sale accepted before payment. Viewing these pages does not place an order, accept draft commercial terms or subscribe you to marketing.
Google, Apple, Microsoft and email are the selected customer sign-in methods. Their integration is pending and new account registration is not open. The existing administrative session remains supplied by Sites. Use your own verified account and protect its sign-in credentials. Free previews and Plus access follow the server-verified membership.
Research and permitted use
Use the material for general reading and independent research. Information and conditional scenarios are not personalized financial advice or an instruction to trade. No market result, uninterrupted access or particular forecast accuracy is promised.
Do not bypass account access, misuse another reader’s data, redistribute complete Plus material without permission or overload the service through automated extraction. Lawful quotation, accessibility tools, statutory exceptions and your data protection rights are preserved.
Your contributions and controls
A profile photo and feedback notes are optional. Upload only material you are entitled to use. Do not put health, identity documents, private financial account details or other sensitive personal information into feedback or assistant questions.
You can change saved research settings, remove bookmarks, withdraw a saved plan preference and remove a profile photo using the existing account controls. Other privacy requests can be sent through the privacy page contact.
Availability, errors and responsibility
Maintenance, source outages and delayed data can affect the service. Report a problem with its dated reference. A source recheck is not necessarily new evidence. None of these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
For a future consumer contract, French law applies without removing mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of habitual residence where applicable. No exclusive foreign court or compulsory private arbitration is imposed by this page.
